Really excellent. I contacted the seller because I didn't understand how to use it. It vibrates on the surface of the teeth, releasing tartar. If you try it on your hand, it won't vibrate, but it will on your pet's teeth. It also comes with a dental mirror and two double-ended dental tools, a very small nut wrench specifically for the dental device. The charger cable comes with USB connectors and the machine has a Type-C port, in addition to the instructions in English, although they are not really easy to understand. I contacted the seller, who was very kind and responded quickly. With my dogs, I couldn't really use the machine because they weren't used to it and it bothered them a bit; however, the tools are of excellent quality and I was able to clean all their teeth. It arrived in approximately 20 days, very well packaged in a cardboard box over the box of the cleaner, which has a shape inside to accommodate all the tools, and a plastic box where everything is stored. I highly recommend it.
